Leg?

I am a little bit....well not a little bit, but very irritated with my leg. I believe I pulled a muscle Wednesday night. I've been limping around for a few days.  Every day it has gotten better so I'm hoping to make it through our run tomorrow morning. I'm thinking a few days off after tomorrow might be needed.  We'll see.  I just need to be in top shape for our race.  Wish me luck tomorrow.

  1. Well even though I didn't want to....I am trying to be smart and I skipped running this morning. I'm still limping and decided it is best to let my leg heal. I'm seeing improvement so hopefully by Tuesday I'll be all back to normal. How frustrating! - Tina

    Hope your leg is getting better. Like all are saying- rest,rest,rest. Remember I lost close to 3 weeks last spring just before my half. It sucks. But it's good that it bothers you. Nice that u aren't happy so u can take some time off. Take care. You'll come back fine. U r still young. Lol.
