Today I finished up the first week of the Advanced 5K training. I modified the schedule to run every other day. That is about all my knee can handle right now and I'm not going to push it and put myself behind anymore than I already am.
Tonight I even got Rob to run with me. He was thrilled........but he did it. He wants to get in better shape before hunting so I told him I would help him. Hopefully he will stick with it. Day 2 of exercising for him today.....so we'll see how the rest of the week goes.

rock on Rob. Come run in florida with us. I am up to about 15 miles a week. Not alot, but at least its moving. No pain in the back, so its all good at this point. I'm with you on the not pushing it. I push hard for about 2 minutes per run just to get a good stretch, but then cool it. I am happy to be running again. Keep up the good work. Go Pack!
