TGIF!

I was up early this morning and did Week 3, Day 3 again.  I figured since it was a little difficult to get through this week.....another day wouldn't hurt.  And I did make it through it a little easier.....so I was happy I did it.  I'm going out for drinks with some friends tonight.....so I was proud of myself for making running a priority by getting up this morning.  3 weeks ago....I would of just skipped it.  PROGRESS!!!

Googles Blogger has been down for over a day and I see that Wednesdays posts are erased for now.  But I'm glad to see it is functional today.

Tomorrow I'm thinking I'll tackle Week 4.  We'll see how that goes.  I am determined to make it through it.....it might take more than a week, it might not......but I WILL make it through it.

Roger & Tammy - when is your next race?

Theresa - are you still going to the KettleBell gym?  There is one in Janesville now.  It's pretty pricey.....but I hear it kicks your butt!!

  1. Good for you Tina. Yes, you are committed. Keep it going. Some day you will run with Tammy and I. Our next race is the 4th of July in Milton. It is a 10k race. Well I am running it. Tammy says she is. Then we will run the Janesville 1/2 in september(?) and that will be it till March. We ran about 11 miles this morning. I was closer to 12, Tammy got a sore leg so I ran back and forth for awhile before I went to the car to pick her up. Tammy ran aroun 10-11. I didn't realize she hadn't run since the race last weekend. Too much too soon. I had run twice this week so I was ready to roll. She has a bad hamstring and thigh and lower back aches. Hopefully she works it all out. Happens to all who run, I guess. Keep up the great work, cousin. You are rocking it. Have a great weekend.

  3. ok you 2 ... sorry for not participating in your discussions for a while. I've had a lot of crap going on lately, but things are looking up. Have I been slacking? Perhaps. I've not gained any weight back though (still down 40 lbs) so that's a good thing. I've just started back running - using a Jeff Galloway marathon training program. Putting a hold on personal training and punch training so I can get back to running. Thanks for asking about me - it's nice to be missed. Tina ... you inspire me girl - keep it up! Luv you guys!
